What you leave in the contact form — your name, phone number and message — is processed only so that we can answer you. The basis is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who has contacted us; there is no consent checkbox, because the processing does not rely on consent. Alongside those three fields we store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address: the address itself is never kept in readable form, and the hash serves one purpose only — limiting how many messages can be sent from one connection, so the form cannot be abused. The basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. The hash sits in the same record as your message and is deleted with it, after 12 months.

Contact submissions are deleted or anonymised after 12 months unless a customer relationship starts in the meantime.

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification of anything inaccurate, to erasure, to restriction of the processing and to object to the processing.

If you believe your data is not being handled lawfully, you have the right to complain to the Montenegrin personal data protection authority (AZLP).

This site sets only strictly necessary cookies: progym_locale remembers the language you chose, progym-session keeps your session while you browse, and XSRF-TOKEN protects the form against misuse. None of them tracks you and none of them needs consent, so there is no cookie banner to accept.

This site runs no analytics — no visitor counter, no pixel and no third-party tracker.

The map on the contact page is click-to-load: until you click the button, no request reaches Google Maps.
